In the case of subscribed services, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date of purchase and payment, unless the service has already begun. In such case, the consumer expressly consents to the loss of the right of withdrawal, under Article 17(1)(a) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14.
Infoproducts
Infoproducts are not eligible for exchange or return once payment has been made and the product has been supplied to the consumer. The consumer expressly consents to the loss of the right of withdrawal under Article 17(1)(i) and (ii) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14.
