I am Daniela Baptista - strategist and mentor for event industry professionals who want to grow with clarity, structure, and strong positioning within the luxury segment.
For more than a decade in the luxury events market, particularly within destination weddings, I have worked with international clients, demanding teams, and projects where excellence is not an extra - it is the starting point. My work has been featured in Vogue, Style Me Pretty, Wedding Chicks, Wezoree, and Wedding Sutra - and I was named Top 50 Wedding Planners by Wezoree.
This experience allowed me to develop something rarely taught in courses: real market strategic perspective.
Today, I apply this vision to mentor professionals across the events industry - from weddings to private celebrations, brand experiences, and corporate events - helping them build more structured, profitable, and respected businesses.
I work with a limited number of professionals each year to ensure consistent and personalized strategic guidance.
My Story
In many ways, I always knew I would become a creative entrepreneur - I just did not yet know the form it would take.
I grew up in Portugal in an environment where the “safe” path felt like the logical choice. Instead, I chose the arts and built a foundation that balanced creativity with structure: business management, languages, and later an intensive program in culinary and gastronomic production, where discipline, leadership, and standards of excellence became part of my professional identity.
My path naturally led me into hospitality and the events industry. Early on, I stepped into responsibility during a critical moment and, within two years, had coordinated more than 150 weddings. In 2017, I founded Unique Dream Wedding in Lisbon, building the company from the ground up and going on to lead more than 500 events for international luxury clients.
Those years gave me more than experience - they gave me perspective. I developed a strategic understanding of positioning, pricing, leadership, and what truly sustains a luxury brand beyond aesthetics. I learned that long-term reputation is built through clarity, structure, and intentional growth.
In 2026, after years of building and refining, I paused to reflect on where my work was leading.
While strategy shaped my leadership, design has always been where my heart sparkles most - in shaping atmosphere, visual storytelling, and the transformation of space into experience. That clarity led to the creation of The Perla Studio, a design and rental studio for luxury events.
At the same time, I felt a growing responsibility to pass forward what years in the market had taught me. After building a respected brand and leading more than 500 events, I understood that experience gains real value when it is shared with intention.
This is why Daniela Baptista was born as a Brand - to support planners, designers, and producers who are ready to elevate their positioning, strengthen their authority, and build sustainable businesses within the luxury events industry.
Today, my work stands on two intentional pillars: designing elevated environments and mentoring industry professionals toward long-term brand leadership.
